The "High-Speed Disperser Fine Flow Mill" generates a "retention zone" through centrifugal force by combining serrated shear blades on the rotating and fixed sides, providing strong shear force to the processed material. It utilizes cavitation from high-speed rotation to continuously perform dissolving, kneading, emulsifying, and dispersing operations. By combining it with a powder feeder, a preliminary stirrer becomes unnecessary, allowing mixing and dispersion to occur simultaneously with a single unit. Due to its discharge pressure, a downstream pump may also be unnecessary. It can handle materials ranging from low-viscosity liquids to high-viscosity pastes of tens of thousands of centipoise.
